Promotional Gifts works really well when it comes to getting your brand or message out in front of millions of people. The simple fact is that if it did not work it would not exist and one only has to look around wherever you are to see how effective it is.

It is almost impossible to escape examples of how business gifts or small Promotional Items invade our every day lives. Take the kitchen for example. Most people, especially housewives, spend a great deal of time there and a quick glance at the fridge door is a good place to start if you are looking for examples of promotional gifts. Fridge magnets, Photo Frames, Post it Notes, Memo Holders, advertising magnets etc etc, all these items were given away at some stage or even purchased in the case of souvenirs.

Turn next to the car where as soon as you sit down you will almost certainly see a tax disc holder with an advertisement staring back at you. A window cleaning cloth or an ice scraper is almost certainly sitting in the glove box. There may well be a bunch of vouchers or free passes in the door pockets or maps given away by local restaurants or theme parks.

Public transport exposes even more examples of Business Gifts, you probably don’t even bother to read the advertisements up on the sides of the bus or train but it’s hard not to notice the back pack in front of you that has a Nike or Slazenger logo. How many people are around you with logos on their promotional jackets or handbags? It is almost certain that you will see at least a few dozen printed promotional T-shirts and so the list goes on.

As demonstrated above wherever you go in the world today you are constantly being bombarded by advertising messages in one form or another. Promotional Merchandise make up a lot of this advertising and you may have not realised it. When you consider how many people see your logo on promotional gifts you have distributed you will begin to realise the power of this advertising medium. Take for example the humble promotional wall clock, if you were dealing with a high street retailer that had say 500 branches that had just 2000 visitors per day and as a business gift you gave them a clock for every branch that was visible at the checkout it could cost you as little as £2000. This means that 1 Million people per day would see your logo, that’s 7 Million people per week or 365 Million per year for just £2,000. It’s an amazing statistic and it’s perfectly true and if you buy a good promotional clock that will last for say 5 years that means that theoretically 1.85 Billion people would be exposed to your logo.

I hope you will have a better understanding of how promotional items can help to promote your business and just how cost effective they are.
